Please feel assured that school wants to support your family in the best way possible. Collaborative working is so important to us at Herringthorpe Infant School. We know that taking a holistic view to planning a child's provision ensures that a child's needs are going to be met in the most effective way. Such planning is most successful when a team is created around the child.  There are many services and a wealth of information available to support families of children with additional needs. It is important to remember that you as the parents/carers hold such valuable knowledge about your child's needs and the supportive relationship built between home and school is key.
